Built in 2019 into the hillside above Cala Jondal, in the white cubist idiom the island has used since the 1930s, with sabina beams and a sand-coloured lime render that turns pink in the evening.
The infinity pool is 24 metres and aimed south-west, so in August the sun goes down almost exactly at its far end. The beach clubs are four minutes down the hill; the house is far enough above them that you hear none of it.
