What a real agency would have to tell you, and what this demonstration actually does.
What this site does
Nothing is collected. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. Your shortlist is held in your own browser's local storage, so it is still there next time; clearing your browsing data, or sending an enquiry, removes it. It never leaves your device.
What a real agency would say here
A working estate agency would identify itself as the data controller, give its ICO registration, and set out its lawful bases: performance of a contract for the agency agreement and viewings, legal obligation for identity and source-of-funds checks under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, legitimate interests for property alerts and fraud prevention, and consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.
Retention
Anti-money-laundering records must be kept for five years from the end of the business relationship. Everything else would be held only as long as the purpose required.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, with a right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. None of this is engaged here, because this site holds no data about you.
